Looking Forward

These drawers are the future.  What's inside is what I hope to work on.

Work in Progress. #1...38 butterfly blocks. I'm looking forward to putting this quilt together.

WIP #2...After a long journey, I am ready to make flying geese. They are little flying geese. I'm glad that I started this quilt. I know learning new methods is really good for my brain, but it was hard and I'm not that good at it.

WIP #3....Hexagons....I work on these every night for one hour. They are easy, they are multiplying, and I have so many more to make.

Unfinished project/object #1. I'm still not ready. Just not sure what it's going to look like.

UFO #2....just not sure how to complete,  but it is on the short list.

UFO #3...I wanted to make these for my granddaughters, but changed my mind. I still want to make them.  Time will tell.

UFO #4...Keith's quilt. Honestly, I'll probably work on it next.

I always say that quilting has many steps.
Planning, gathering, cutting, sewing, pressing, prepareining the backing, sandwiching, quilting, binding and labeling it. I like to find myself in multiple stages of different projects. Not to mention planning for the future.

Sewing is where I find peace....
Everybody needs a hobby ....
