Only 2 More To Go

This was the easiest one.

This had the weirdest directions to make the geese ever.

But it worked, so it's all good.

 These green pieces are incredibly tiny.

And there is a mistake in this one.

However, there are only 2 more... 

Plus the center square...

and the border.

Olympics and Quilting

Are you like me?

As I am watching skaters slide by and skiers zip down the hill,

I keep asking myself,

Are those quilt patterns I see?

         Well, it turns they are.  

I love that they have brought a little quilting to the Winter Olympics.

Dixie wanted to venture out and go to our quilting meeting today.

We had a lovely time and look what another group has been working on.

Life without a Snow Day

Last week, when I thought I was done for the day,

I remembered that I had told my friend, 

I would make her these.

So, I felt bad for forgetting and

made them.

So Easy

I bought the pattern here.

I am not sure why, it could be me,

but I didn't like the directions.

 I did it my way and they are cute.

In the end, my friend is happy.

I wanted a Snow Day.....

....Please....

 We got snow, without the Snow Day.

I made two more 6 inch blocks.

The center of this ^ block was 1 1/8th inch square.

Oh me, Oh my.

It looks like I have another month of making these little guys,

Unless, of course, we have a SnowDay.

I am enjoying working on these blocks.

I had to watch the video to get this one,

but it turned out well.

I also watched the video for this one.

I wish I would have used a different fabric in the left corner,

however, I didn't, so it is done.
