I love this post from the  Happy Zombie .  I think I might have to make something similar.

Finishing!

 I have started on a new quilt.  These little squares are only 2 7/8"....that is a little small for me.  It doesn't look like much now, but I am hoping it works out.

As for this one, I can't believe it worked out.  When I was putting this together, it seemed a little wonky, but it it no longer has that wonky look to it.  Love the hankies and the '30's reproductions.  I don't know what it is about those fabrics that always make me so happy.

The Quilt List

 I have finished 3 of these.  I always do them in 3's.

 I love this quilt.  It is called, Winter Wonderland.  My neighbor did this--oh, how I wish I had the time.  It is a beauty and she got a great deal on the quilting.  Love it.

I need a new project so I pulled out the 'Quilt List'.  We shall see what is next.

Scrappy Binding

I made way too many triangle for the boarder of the quilt.  It was a measuring problem on my part.  But I sewed the left overs together to make binding for the quilt.  I love scrappy binding.

Group Quilts

Here is a quilt I just finished that our quilt group did as a project last year.These were the instructions:

• "2 or 3" color block
• has a "curve"
• Something with a "tail"
• Flower
• Something that "flies"
• Stripe fabric
• Tree
• 9 patch block
• Something related to "sewing" or "quilting"
• Triangles in the border
