Summer !!!

I can't believe the crazy things I think about when I have to sit and do nothing.

Mostly, I think about things I can do.

I needed 1 baby quilt.

So when I could venture downstairs to my sewing room,

I worked on this and I think it will do.

I ventured outside to take pictures today.

What a beautiful day.

I was happy I got off the deck to see these.

I also made a book bag for my grand daughters.

They love to go to the library.

I think I will make one for my grand son next.

I believe that heal faster when I am doing something

as opposed to thinking about doing something.

Just a note

What a busy couple of weeks.

We have made it through graduation.

Today I get a new knee.

I hate to say this, but I am trying to finish up the little blue quilt,

so I can hand quilt it while I recover.

Doesn't everyone sit around sew on their surgery day?
