Quilt Group

When I went back to my quilt group they were working on a raffle quilt and gave me my part in it. I thought it was ugly and to be honest, I forgot about it. 

However, this week I pulled it out and did all eight squares. This fabric was a mess to work with. I used sheet after sheet of lint roller to clean the ironing board, cutting mat and me. I had to clean my machine when I was done. 

I still can't believe that the weather was nice enough to put this quilt together outside.  I want this one finished. 

I love this time of year when I get out all the handmade Christmas stuff and enjoy the lights of the season.
