Oh Christmas Tree

I decided to dedicate my week to finishing this quilt. 

It is a scrap quilt but it turned out well. The quilting worked out nicely.  

I haven't binded a quilt in a while and I was happy to sit down and work on it. 

I decided to put it on Facebook and was sincerely surprised by the comments. People found it beautiful. I found it to be a scrappy quilt. I posted it because the news has been so rotten this week I thought it would be a nice break from the doom and gloom of the week. 

I'm just finishing an apron and then I'll be back to working on my two quilts. I'm looking forward to some new projects. 

Life is better with a needle and thread...
