End of the School Year


I finished this quilt and hung it at school. We sold $1 raffle tickets and earned over $400. I am happy to say that a 4th grader won it. The kids loved learning to use a sewing machine and putting it together. 

I am grateful for the idea from Lori Holt new book and for Heather l, who helped the kids sew. 

It's my to last year. I hope to continue helping English learners to read.

Hold on to the needle ..
