Refurbishing

This quilt was made by my grandpa's sister. My dad's cousin asked me to refurbish it. 

There are few patches to work on, but the bigger issue is the quilting has come out of most of the borders. The thread was white and the borders are brown and mustard yellow. As of today, I think I will re-hand quilt it with matching colors. 

It's not the prettiest of quilts, but it is so soft and warm. 

I'm also started to machine quilt this Lori Holt sew along. I had forgotten how bright and fun it is.

No snow....but plenty to sew.
