Black Lace

A couple of years ago,

I picked up a great black dress from Lands End.

It fit perfect and it was a bargain to boot.

Well, in the last year,

I have lost 35ish pounds.

and that darn dress just doesn't fit like it used to.

So I decided to fix the neckline.

I went to buy some black lace.

It was $14.95 a yard.

I kid you not, 

that is what I paid for the dress.

What can I say?

I used a coupon and only got 1/2 a yard.

but really????

Now,

 I am still obsessed with making little flannel blankets for my friends nicu project.
