The last free week

I started a new quilt this week. I didn't realize that the squares were 12 1/2 inches. It should be easier than those 6 1/2 inch squares.

I put this together. It is the only appliqued row.

The rest is pieced.

I went to pick up my quilt from the fair today. I didn't go to the fair this week, so I was happy to see it.

I ran into one of the judges and she said 'nice job'. Funny how those two words, from her, made me feel.

Be kind to each other, it is worth it.
